• To control links to the CATRD web site.
  
  
• Informational or educational links to the web site shall be posted for free after verification by the web site coordinator.
  
  
• Vendors of sites that will make a profit from the link will be charged an annual fee of $50.00 to be linked to our web site.

• A request is made from the web site that is seeking permission to be linked to CATRD. Usually the request is forwarded from the web master to the web site coordinator.
  
  
• The web site coordinator checks the site to make sure that the request meets the needs and criteria of our membership.
  
  
• The web site coordinator will present the request to the Board of Directors at their next meeting and take a vote to either accept or reject the request.
  
  
• If approved as an informational or educational link, the web site coordinator will contact the web master and have the link added to the site.
  
  
• If approved as a profit-making vendor, the web site coordinator will contact the vendor and inform them of the fee.
  
  
• Once the fee has been received the web site coordinator will contact the web master and have the link added to the site.
  
  
• If denied the web site coordinator will contact the vendor and explain that the request did not meet the criteria of this Standard Operating Guideline. The web site coordinator will also inform the web master of the decision.
